Stubborn Fat Loss Plan

If you have stubborn weight or fat you want to lose then this is the plan for you. It uses cleansing along with caloric cycling to get your bodies metabolism fire burning. There are five main reasons why you may be having trouble releasing this stubborn weight and/or fat. The first one is not getting enough sleep. The second could be some prescription medications you are taking. The third is not drinking enough water. The fourth reason could be that your stress level is too high. And the fifth reason could be genetics.

It is important that you make a commitment to getting 7 to 8 hours of quality sleep a night. Taking a serving of IsaCal right before bed with help calm your body for the restful sleep it needs.

Please do not stop taking any prescription medicine unless advised by your doctor. This is just one reason you normally don't have much control over excepting implementing this fat loss plan into your daily life.

You should be drinking at least 1/2 your desired body weight in ounces each day. Even more is required if you are excercising or under alot of stress. This should be good clean quality water such as reverse-osmoisis or distilled water.

Regular excercise with help bring your stress level down along with the intake of our Ionix Supreme drink.

If one of your parents were obese you have a 25% chance of being obese. If both your parents were obese you have a 50% or greater chance of being obese. The obesity rate in America is over 40% of Americans are currently obese. This does not mean you are doomed to be obese you just need to work a little harder.

It is important to eat every 2 to 3 hours which will fuel the fire of your metabolism and super charge it. Start with a IsaLean Shake in the morning, preferably 30 minutes upon rising. Excercise 5 to 6 times a week with both cardio and resistence training. Preferably do your cardio workout in the morning and your resistence training in the afternoon.

This Stubborn Fat Loss Plan consists of a seven day cycle. It is safe to be on as long as you need to in order to release the stubborn weight and/or fat.

Day 1 - Monday - Cleanse Day - Low Calorie Day
You will drink four servings of Cleanse for Life drink throughout the day along with having specially designed snacks with almonds every 2 to 3 hours. Remember to drink all your water throughout the day. Take a natural accelator capsule in the morning and at noon. Enjoy a serving of Ionix Supreme mid morning and early evening. Day 2 - Tuesday - Medium Calorie Day

Day 3 - Wednesday - High Calorie Day

For Lunch, have a protein the size of your fist(chicken, tuna, fish, etc) and vegetable and a starch (small sweet potatoe, small serving of brown rice) Mid- Afternoon have another Stubborn Fat Loss Shake. For Dinner, have a protein the size of your fist(chicken, tuna, fish, etc) and vegetable and a starch (small sweet potatoe, small serving of brown rice). Throughout the day have snacks with almonds, drink all your water, take daily doses of Essentials (men or women's), Omega 3-6-9, and Antioxidents. Day 4 - Thursday - Medium Calorie Day

Day 5 - Friday - Low Calorie Day

For Lunch, have a smaller lunch thatn usual -a protein (chicken, tuna, fish, etc) and vegetable and a starch (small sweet potatoe, small serving of brown rice) For Dinner, have a Stubborn Fat Loss Shake. Throughout the day have some snacks with almonds but not as many as you normally have and graze on raw vegetables, drink all your water, take daily doses of Essentials (men or women's), Omega 3-6-9, and Antioxidents. Also have two servings of Ionix Supreme and six sprays of IsaMune throughout the day. Before bed remember to drink a serving of IsaCal to calm you down for restful sleep. And take an Isaflush for good elimination.

Day 6 - Saturday - Cheat Day
Enjoy a Stubborn Fat Loss Shake for both breakfast and lunch. Throughout the day have snacks with almonds, drink all your water, take daily doses of Essentials (men or women's), Omega 3-6-9, and Antioxidents. Day 7 - Sunday - Medium Calorie Day

Other snacks: You can take a IsaBar and cut it in thirds, then cut each third into cubes and put in ziploc bags. Then when you need a snack grab a bag(which is just a third of a bar with only 75 calories) and enjoy each cube as a snack.

To increase your success keep a eating log, no coffee on your cleanse day, and no starch at your evening meal.

Cleansing 101

We are seeing two great changes in the state of our health as a society. Since the 1950's our longevity rates have increased but now they have stopped. This is a scary thought because it means that our children will not live as long as we will. The second change is that the quality of our life is declining. These changes are mainly caused by the toxins in our environment. We are seeing new diseases like chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia were not just one factor is causing these diseases but the state of the environment we live in is playing a huge part.

What we are eating has also changed since the 1950's. We are no longer consuming fruits and vegetables from our own gardens or meat that we have raised ourselves. We are now consuming pesticides that are man-made and that have high radiation levels. Our farmers are paying the price with their health from using these pesticides and now we, as the end consumer of these goods, are damaging our health by ingesting these pesticides.

We are even absorbing toxins through our skin. It is reported that anything are skin comes in contact with shows up in our urine only 20 minutes later. We are possibly absorbing lead into our bodies via lipstick even. As long as we are living on this Earth we can not get away from toxins. Toxins are in our food, water, and air.

So, we want to live a better quality of life. Well, no one product can solve the above problems, however cleansing can help. Cleansing has been around since the beginning of time. When we cleanse, good things happen in our bodies. Cleansing is the key to total health and well being. In a way we are a cleansing society. However, we are only looking on the outside of things. Cleaning our teeth, washing our hands, taking showers, washing our hair. We even clean the inside of our ears on occasion to help with wax build up. But we tend to forget the most important part of our bodies, the inside.

When we cleanse(or fast) our inside bodies for one to two days we find that our human growth hormone levels go up. As we get older, especially after 30 years old, these levels tend to decrease which causes our bodies not to produce all the hormones that it needs.

Our liver is a great natural cleansing. However, if it is clogged with excess toxins it can not function properly. Our bodies start to try to protect itself from harmful toxins by surrounding these toxins with water in our fat cells. The liver can process almost any toxin if it is clean and working properly. This is why it is so important to cleanse the inside body, drink lots of water, and avoid caffeine.

The questions is often asked how often should you cleanse. The answer would be to start with two cleanse days in a row. Then processed with five days were you nourish your body with the best nutrients available and then do another two days of cleansing. This will just start your body to better health. After this initial 9 day phase you should cleanse one day a week until you have reached your goal weight including your muscle mass goal and you desired fat mass. When these goals have been accomplished your body with tell you when you need another nine day phase just for maintenance. This is generally every three months.

By first cleansing two days in a row you will have a better, deeper cleanse. It is very important to drink a 1/2 gallon of good clean water while cleansing because this will help flush the toxins from your body. It is also important to have small snacks specially designed from cleansing. These snacks will help break down fat tissue and stimulate your metabolism. Most people have better results while cleansing when they consume these special snacks.

All internal cleansing products are not created equal. Many are only designed to put money in the manufacturer's pocket. Some supplements that you purchase don't even have that ingredient in them or as much as the bottle says. So, it is important to purchase products from a company that you trust.

5 Tips to Maximize Your Cleanse

1. Like the program overview states, drink plenty of water every day—at
least 8 ounces. For a truer approach, drink at least half your body weight in
ounces daily. For example, if you weigh 160 pounds, drink 80 oz. of water. On
Cleanse Days and when exercising, increase this amount. Proper hydration
supports the elimination of harmful impurities and helps your body to function
more efficiently. Take a bottle of water with you wherever you go!

2. Don’t feel guilty or negatively about your program for snacking on
Cleanse Days. As needed, eat up to six Isagenix Snacks per day. Take up to
two every few hours between your Cleanse for Life servings. If you must eat a
little with each Snack, have a few almonds or Granny Smith apple wedges. The
main thing here is to make progress, and a few extras won't stop that. The more
