Whey Protein Powder Crunch Bars

1 c. Supplement Whey Protein Powder
1 c. Old Fashioned Oats
1 c. Natural Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
1/3 c. Hulled Hemp Seed
3/4 c. Honey
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Optional: 1/2 cup very finely ground walnuts or pecans

1. Combine all dry ingredients and set aside.

2. Heat honey in microwave (45 seconds) or on stovetop for a minute. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.

3. Immediately add honey mixture to dry mixture until blended.

4. Place wax paper inside a square pan before pouring in mixture.

5. Cut bars immediately. They are harder to cut when cool. (You can then lift the wax paper out of the pan to cut the bars on a cutting board.)

6. Store in the Fridge.
