Water: The Natural Detoxifier

During any type of cleansing program, adequate amounts of water should be consumed to help dilute and eliminate impurities. Water should be a part of every one's daily routine.

It is recommend that you drink 1/2 your body weight of water in ounces each day. For example if you weigh 160 lbs. you should consume 80 oz. of water daily. It is important that to avoid caffeinated and alcoholic beverages because these drinks can dehydrated you. If you consume 6 oz of alcohol or caffeine you should add 10 to 12 oz of water to re-hydrate you.
